Oh yeah…me. And oh YEAH…you should make them like, immediately.
Now I know we’ve all heard about how kale is the evil, rough, bitter enemy of all sane people, but that logic is sadly mistaken. If you are one of the culprits spreading these fake lies, I’m gonna need you to shut the kale up right now. YA HEAR?!
Kale is a leafy green superhero. Think Green Lantern, except nowhere as pretty as Ryan Reynolds. Chock full of vitamins, antioxidants and fiber, kale is on the short list of the world’s most nutrient-dense foods. One serving even has three grams of protein! Studies suggest that kale does TONS of insanely rad things like improve our immune systems, lower cholesterol, and prevent blood clots, heart, disease, and cancer. Hey it can probably even clean the house and do the laundry, but those studies are still inconclusive.
Now you have no excuse but to go kale krazy with any and all of these amazingly scrumptious, healthy salads. So eat up, and bask in all yo’ kale glory!
