    Say hello to a roundup of Hummusapien's BEST vegetarian dinner recipes. These healthy creations pack a flavorful punch that'll please even the pickiest of eaters.

    Of allllll the recipes on this blog (and holy moly, that's a lot!), I've gotta say that this is the collection of dinner recipes that I'm most proud of.

    Most of these plant-powered dishes can be made in 30 minutes or less, the ingredient list is versatile, and you can easily substitute items to make these meals gluten-free and vegan.

    Why should you eat more vegetarian dinners?

    Did you know going vegetarian a few nights a week or having a meatless day can save you hundreds of dollars each year on groceries? Eating more plants isn't just good for your pockets, but it's also oh-so-lovely for your health and for the well-being of this planet!

    Worried about missing out on protein? Don't! These vegetarian recipes are packed with plenty of protein, filling fiber, and antioxidants galore.

    All these meals happen to be vegetarian, but you def won't notice because they're just SO wholesome, nutritious, and filling. Here is our go-to list when we need inspiration for some vegetarian dinner recipes!
