Hi, pals! We are all finally healthy again, hallelujah. I'm always wildly grateful for baseline health whenever I get sick. It's so easy to take feeling well each day for granted!

We potty trained sweet Charlie this weekend aaaand our sewer drain decided to back up as well so that's been a fun situation. Home ownership, I tell ya. Onto the good eats!
Have you made these gorgeous healthy raspberry muffins yet? I get so excited to have one right out of the fridge for an afternoon snack or a pre-workout snack in the morning with coffee. https://sajs.ntt.edu.vn/

I am in love with this new lemon chicken orzo soup! It's creamy yet still light, and super filling. Totally giving me spring energy!
I've been buying heritage grain sourdough from Whole Foods' bakery section every week and it was divine for dunking.

I'm back on the smoothie train after months of them sounding terrible. I've been craving tropical flavors, so this was frozen pineapple, a little frozen banana, spinach, chia seeds, PB, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, a squeeze of lime juice, pinch of salt, and a scoop of this vanilla triple-support protein I'm loving. (Use code HUMMUSAPIEN15 for 15% off!) The lime and salt made it SO good!

I thought it would be fun to share some staples I grab at Costco from two recent trips. The rate at which we fly through Seven Sundays chocolate cereal is unreal.

We've been making these epic Greek yogurt waffles with frozen wild bloobs every weekend! Obsessed is an understatement.

Sardine salad, which I know sounds scary but I promise it tastes similar to tuna. It only takes 10 minutes to make and it's SO good for you!!

TJ's frozen butter chicken to the lunch rescue! I added frozen peas and a sweet potato (baked a bunch at the beginning of the week) for veg power.

Post workout I love a bowl of plain Greek yogurt with a bunch of berries, chocolate chia pudding and granola. Sooo satisfying.

I had lots of ripe nanners and wanted something simple. My foolproof healthy banana bread delivered! I actually was out of whole wheat flour so I used all purpose. One day I made a Greek yogurt bowl topped with crumbled banana bread and it was epic.

I make a version of these date nut bars for the kids every few days (they love helping me!).
Process 1 heaping cup each walnuts and oats, a hefty pinch of salt, and 3 tbsp cacao in the food processor for about a minute. Add in 1 heaping cup soft pitted medjool dates. Process until well-combined, then stream in 1-3 tbsp water until it forms a nice dough. Press into lined loaf pan, freeze, and slice! I store in freezer.

We have burger bowls on regular rotation, sometimes with homemade air-fried sweet potato wedges (my air fryer with grill is everything) and sometimes with frozen fries.
To make, I cook a pound of 90/10 ground beef with plenty of garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. I drain the fat then stir in a can of lentils. Serve with cashew special sauce, chopped pickles, cheddar cheese, iceberg, tomatoes and red onion if you have them.

I love repurposing leftovers for lunch by tossing everything with more iceberg or romaine and special sauce to make a salad.

I made air-fried falafel as part of a Mediterranean spread when I hosted book club and they were delish with tahini sauce.

Whole Foods' $12 pizza Friday is our new favorite thing! And the pizza is truly delish.

I've been making these super easy yogurt bars I saw on IG from Toddler Dietitian Tiff. Just whisk together 2 cups blended cottage cheese or Greek yogurt (add a pinch of salt if yogurt), 4 eggs, ¼ cup maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla, and ⅓ cup oat flour. Add 1 cup frozen blueberries. Pour into lined 8x8 and bake at 350F for about 40 minutes. They're like healthy cheesecake vibes!

Things I'm Loving Lately
- TV: Last season of Queer Eye, Shrinking, and The Pitt. Leave a comment and tell me if you're watching anything good!
- Books: Just finished The Safekeep, which was beautifully written (definitely didn't expect the turn in the second half of the book). I also read Dinner for Vampires for book club which was a super interesting read about an actress in a religious cult. Now I need a new book since everything I want is on hold on Libby!
- I've been wearing this genius crossbody water bottle bag whenever I go on a walk or when I'm out with the kids in the neighborhood and it's SO nice to finally have a place to put my water bottle (that also functions as a purse).
- I've had these silicone spatulas for 2 years now and they're still in amazing condition for being used daily.
- Still living in this cozy soft-knit lounge set. Not too heavy and looks more elevated than sweats. 50% off!
- This pro-collagen peptide plumping lip gloss is a repeat buy for me. It adds elevated shine AND more importantly, actually moisturizes your lips. Mine feel so soft after! I've never tried a Paula's Choice product I didn't love (I use their 1% retinol nightly and vitamin C serum every morning).
- Borrowing statement bags! I don't buy designer purses so being able to try new ones (and not commit) has been so fun. You can use code Hummusapien for your first month of membership free!
Have a delish week!

These posts are the best - I wish you did them weekly, but I know that might be a lot. The air fryer falafel looks amazing. Also loving Paula's Choice products especially the toner. Just finished 'This American Woman' by Zarna Garg and the fourth season of Lincoln Lawyer on Netflix - both good.
