I have to start off by introducing my new baby, The Feed Your Fam Collective! I'm SO EXCITED to launch this because last year I was drowning in the overwhelm of feeding my family. I knew it was my purpose to create a village to help other parents feel less alone in the journey of feeding growing families.
I can't wait to work intimately with this special group on nourishing our kiddos, meal planning, and reducing mealtime stress.
We're jumping right into the food today, weeee!
I literally make the best healthy brownies ever every week...Jeff and I cannot get enoug. Let me know if you've made them in the comments!

My cream of chicken and wild rice soup totally hits the spot with these freezing temps.
Inspired by one of my lovely Meal Planning Accelerator clients, I ate mujaddara (lentils and rice) several days for lunch last week and loved it! Topped with hummus, micro greens, and feta (the kind from the block in brine is 100x better).
Cottage cheese cookie dough bites for epic snacking! I used raw honey this time (from Costco) since we need all the antimicrobial goodness we can get this season.
Fried eggs in extra virgin olive oil plus Silver Hills Bakery avocado toast with 5-minute green tahini sauce and sumac. Mmmmmm.
Random lunch salad with arugula, pecans, green olives, leftover chicken, wild rice, cherries, with lemon shallot dressing.
Matcha lattes have been my jam! I make them in my Nespresso steamer with this ceremonial-grade matcha, almond or soy milk, and a squeeze of raw honey.
For an easier dinner, I seared two seasoned chicken breasts on each side then simmered with a jar of salsa verde for about 15 minutes. Shred then devour in corn tortillas with cheese, Bitchin' sauce, and micro greens!
Carrot cake muffin season is upon us!
Dreamy 30-minute green chicken enchiladas make life delish on a Tuesday.
We made this buffalo cauliflower for the Super Bowl and it's soooooo good. (Honestly so much tastier than buffalo chicken wings in my humble opinion.)
I made this slow cooker butter chickpeas and tofu and really loved it! Super easy, too. I had leftovers for lunch with rice, sauerkraut (give me all the acid all the time), and micro greens.
We're trying to eat in more on Saturday nights but still keep it easy with minimal cleanup (Jeff insists, LOL). This was Trader Joe's pappardelle with their cashew pesto plus tomatoes, air-fried shrimp and arugula salad. What's your go to easy weekend dinner??
Scenes from dinner during my Naples girl's trip! We made chicken piccata, roasted asparagus, and buccatini. So fun to cook with friends and to be in zero rush to get dinner on the table.
Blissful solo breakfast before I flew home!
Things I'm Loving Lately
- Dr. Sarno's book The Mindbody Prescription cured my debilitating back pain (plus my dad's sciatica) and absolutely changed my life in unimaginable ways. I'm a new person. Now I'm grateful for the debilitating back pain because it made me pause and led me here. If you suffer from chronic pain or any condition where you can't seem to heal despite "trying everything," including herniated discs, migraines, IBS, food intolerances, skin disorders, fibromyalgia, neck pain, anxiety, and beyond, you MUST READ THIS BOOK. Then read Mind Your Body, which expands on this work and is also incredible!! Can you tell I'm passionate? Don't waste any more time or money on physical treatments like I did and just read it (I listened to both).
- In Naples my friends convinced me I needed an Ember mug after I explained how I simply can't enjoy coffee unless it's piping hot and man were they right! I got it on sale and now I can't imagine life without it. It's nice to drink from an actual mug versus the Yeti I used before!
- We read The Wedding People for book club this month and I adored it. It's quirky, easy, laugh out loud funny, and thought-provoking. I found myself re-reading certain lines over and over when it felt like the author was speaking to my soul.
- My mom got the boys this marble run for the holidays and it's such a hit. I truly didn't want any more plastic pieces around my house but I'm so glad I embraced this one because both kids play with it constantly and I love watching their little brains work!
- I got this planner and I love it so much. You write the date so you're not wasting pages and it has time blocking, to-do lists, etc. Very intuitive!
- I got myself my favorite gorgeous date-sweetened dark chocolate bars as a Happy V Day gift to myself. Truly such a joy to eat!
- Current quote I'm living by: "Keep doing what you're doing and you'll keep getting what you're getting." Woah.
Have a stellar week, friends!

Hi Alexis!
Made your best healthy brownies for the Super Bowl and they are amazing! The salt on top really puts these over the top.
