It’s made with just 4 ingredients in 5 minutes — simply toss frozen red grapes, peanut butter, almond milk, and flax in a high-powered blender and blend. Filling and packed with protein, it tastes like the classic combo of PB&J in thick smoothie form!

- 1 cup frozen red grapes (de-stemmed)
- 1 1/2 tbsp natural salted peanut butter
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- optional boosts: handful of frozen spinach, 1 scoop collagen peptides
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
Notes
Flax can be omitted if you don't have it, or use chia seeds. It helps thicken the smoothie and add fiber!
Add a pinch of salt if peanut butter is unsalted.
