Description

Healthy Gingerbread Energy Bites that taste just like gingerbread cookie dough! 1 bowl, no mixer required, and made with good for ya ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Combine almond flour, oat flour, flax, cinnamon, ginger, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add almond butter, maple syrup, molasses, and water. Use your hands to mix together until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Roll into balls. Store in the refrigerator.
