Description

Super flavorful Strawberry Overnight Oats packed with protein for a delicious, easy and filling breakfast. Spend just 10 minutes the night before and wake up to a healthy oatmeal breakfast, no cooking required. Gluten free, kid-friendly and portable!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats (use certified gluten free if needed)
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain, vanilla or strawberry Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or cashew butter
  • 2 tsp honey or maple syrup (more to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1/8 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries, plus more for topping

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except strawberries in a mixing bowl or large liquid measuring cup. Whisk to combine.
  2. Stir in strawberries. Taste and add any additional sweetener to taste, if needed. Portion into 2 jars or containers of choice. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy cold with extra strawberries and a drizzle of almond butter!
