Description

This beautiful, nourishing Strawberry Beet Smoothie makes a delicious, quick and simple breakfast! Make it in just 5 minutes with a high-powered blender. Packed with fiber and protein!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole strawberries, frozen or fresh*
  • 1 small beet, peeled and cut into chunks (can also use cooked beet)
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup cold filtered water

Instructions
