- 1 large overripe sliced frozen banana
- 1/4 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed (optional)
- 1 pitted Medjool date, for extra sweetness
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender (I used my Nutribullet) until smooth and creamy. Add a handful of spinach for extra nutrition!
