Description

A deliciously creamy Chickpea Smoothie that tastes just like a snickerdoodle cookie! Sip on this healthy high-protein smoothie for a balanced breakfast or post-workout treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 large overripe sliced frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 1 pitted Medjool date, for extra sweetness

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender (I used my Nutribullet) until smooth and creamy. Add a handful of spinach for extra nutrition!
