  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 large over-ripe frozen banana, pre-sliced
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 23 Medjool dates, pitted (or pure maple syrup or stevia to taste)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
