- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 cups water
- 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- 2 cups blueberries (I used frozen)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Spray crockpot with cooking spray or coconut oil.
- Add all ingredients except vanilla extract to crockpot, stirring to combine.
- Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours or low for about 7 hours. Stir in vanilla and serve.
