Description

This Creamy Chocolate Blueberry Smoothie is decadent, packed with superfoods, and totally naturally sweetened! With 14g of fiber and nearly 7g of protein, enjoy it for breakfast or as an afternoon snack.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup Silk unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (I like Wild Blueberries)
  • 3 tbsp avocado
  • 2 large soft Medjool dates, pitted (or sub 1-2 tbsp maple syrup)
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds or chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except ice in a high speed blender or Nutribullet. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Add ice and blend until thickened. Add more almond milk if you prefer a thinner smoothie.
