Creamy Chocolate Blueberry Shake

This Creamy Chocolate Blueberry Shake is decadent, packed with superfoods, and totally naturally sweetened! Enjoy it for breakfast topped with granola or as an afternoon snack. Vegan and gluten-free.



  • 1 cup Silk unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (I like Wild Blueberries)
  • 3 tbsp avocado
  • 2 large soft Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes


  1. Place all ingredients except ice in a high speed blender or Nutribullet. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Add ice and blend until thickened. Add more almond milk if you prefer a thinner smoothie.
