- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 3/4 cup frozen cherries
- 1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill hulled hemp seed hearts
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup kale (or spinach)
- Small knob of fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp dried ginger)
- Small knob of fresh turmeric (or 1/4 tsp dried turmeric)
- 1 pitted medjool date (optional for sweetness)*
- 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder (optional used vanila Vega Protein + Greens)
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
