Healthy Pumpkin Bars

Healthy Pumpkin Bars are the perfect fall treat! Made in 1 bowl with good for you ingredients. No flour, oil, or refined sugar. They come together in no time! Vegan, gluten free and paleo-friendly.

Step 1:  Whisk pumpkin, banana, almond butter, vanilla, and maple syrup in a mixing bowl.

Step 2:  Add flax, coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and salt.  Whisk to combine.

Step 3: Pour into greased baking dish.

Step 4: Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
