Description

A deliciously creamy gingerbread smoothie sweetened with roasted sweet potato and pure maple syrup.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup roasted sweet potato, peeled and mashed
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp molasses
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 + 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • pinch of nutmeg and cloves
  • 2 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
