- 1/2 large frozen ripe banana
- 1 medjool date, pitted
- 1 tbsp salted peanut butter

Notes
This smoothie is not overly sweet, however if you're looking for lower sugar, you can omit the date (this will save 15g sugar) and add 1 scoop vanilla protein powder.
