Oatmeal Cinnamon Raisin Chip Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup almond meal
  • 2 tbsp almond butter (or sunflower seed butter)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • dash of salt
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Dump all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine. Using your hands to mix may help it come together more quickly!
  2. Form into about 8 small balls. Store in the fridge for about a week or in the freezer for months.
