A deliciously creamy, superfood-packed almond blueberry smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 overripe frozen, sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen bluberries
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (I used Silk)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/8 tsp almond extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine everything in a blender or food proccesor and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
