- 1 overripe frozen, sliced banana
- 1/2 cup frozen bluberries
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (I used Silk)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed
- 1/8 tsp almond extract (optional)
Instructions
- Combine everything in a blender or food proccesor and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
