I missed your faces dearly while I was tasting my way through Nashville. I'm still in a biscuit coma. More on that next week! And I promise I'll never say y'all again.
All I wanted for breakfast was liquid nutrition. Into the blender went frozen mango, banana, pineapple, fresh kale, peanut butter, Vega protein, a handful of frozen peas and frozen cauliflower, and almond milk. So needed!
Then I drank coffee with soy milk once I got to work. Duh.
I had no food at my apartment since I got back late Monday night. I found some Ezekiel wraps in the freezer and knew I could stuff it with goodies at Alchemy. Into the sprouted wrap went chickpea "egg" salad, hummus, avocado, arugula, pesto, tomato, and smoked sea salt. So random, but so good.
Snacking involved a Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cup and a big apple.
More afternoon snacking involved vegan pumpkin donuts that our lovely Alchemy chef Sarah whipped up.

I tried a Strawberry Serenity kombucha today for the first time and it was insanely delish. Come to mama, probiotics!
I ate everything but the kitchen sink while I was prepping dinner because it was nearly 8pm and I had just gotten back from the grocery store. Whenever I make dinner late I eat half of it before it makes its way into the pan. Sorry not sorry!
I whipped up my Easy Vegetable Teriyaki Stir Fry along with green beans with olive oil, salt, and garlic roasted at 400F for about 25 minutes. They're my new favorite veg to roast!
We also had our usual salad with mixed greens, peppers, cukes, tomaters, carrots, balsamic, olive oil, and spices.
Not like I'm counting or anything.
