    What I Ate Wednesday

    Ello! Hummus here popping in for a short and sweet WIAW. This week has been sheer craziness at its finest! (PS---I haven't been sleeping very well lately which makes me quite the hunger beast, in case you couldn't tell from this post.) Bring on the eeeeeats!

    smoothie

    smoothie with frozen blueberries, spinach, kale, hemp seeds, cacao, Vega

    apple

    organic Fuji apple

    lunch

    white bean salsa verde chili, orange, veggies and hummus

    alchemy

    shared Alchemy Nutty Dragon bowl and pesto avocado toast with my sis

    chia pudding

    chia pudding with raspberries and cacao nibs, coffee, Alchemy no-bake bite

    squash

    mushrooms, kale, onion, peppers, zucchini, chickpeas, spices, nutitional yeast, tomato basil marinara, and spaghetti squash

    taco

    leftover deconstructed veggie taco

    dessert

    raspberry black bean brownie bite
