    Morning, lovelies! How is your week going? I've been doing all the holiday baking and LOVING it!

    Breakfast

    Can't lie, I'm still eating bagels every day for breakfast. They're all I crave! P.S. I ordered groceries online via Amazon Fresh last weekend and it was freaking awesome. Bagels sent right to my door!

    Alvorado Street sprouted onion poppyseed bagel (store them in the freezer, microwave to soften, then toast) with avocado, olive oil, sauerkraut, and micro greens on one side and cream cheese on the other.

    Lunch

    I made a big pot of my Creamy Broccoli Cauliflower Soup to have for lunches and it did not disappoint. I used frozen broccoli and cauliflower so it came together super fast!

    I also had a bowl of blackberries, grapes, and raspberries that I forgot to photograph.

    Also how adorable is my new lunchbox?! It's one of my picks from my Holiday Gift Guide and got it on sale for Black Friday. It's nice and roomy an even fits my water bottle!

    Snack

    We just released our Peppermint Mocha seasonal smoothie at Alchemy so I did some taste testing. It has banana, cashew butter, cacao, coffee beans, peppermint, maple syrup, and almond milk. So delish!

    Dinner

    Lasagna night! Jeff made the lasagna for us while I made soup this weekend. We typically make one dish Sunday to last us Sunday-Monday, then something else Tuesday night for Tuesday-Wednesday and something simple (like frozen fish) on Thursday.

    We typically get pizza or do something casual Friday and then go out to dinner Saturday. We've got a good routine going!

    My favorite lasagna noodles are these brown rice ones or these lentil ones. On the side we had garlic bread (Dave's Killer Bread topped with ghee, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and salt then broiled on each side) plus salad with toasted pecans, goat cheese, Asian pear, carrot, and apple cider vinaigrette (I added more honey).

    Dessert

    We cannot get enough of my Avocado Walnut Brownies. I brought some home for my parents and they were equally obsessed. Please let me know if you make them!

    Style Inspo

    In style news, I posted this photo on my Instagram stories and got a lot of questions about my jeans and top. I got the jeans recently at Madewell and they're amazing. I buy all my jeans there.

    These ones run large so I got a size down from my usual. This is the black belt I often wear them with (25% off!).

    The ruffle flannel top is sold out but this one is really similar and 40% off.

        Thanks, Julie! It's about 1 1/2 to 2 frozen bananas, a spoonful each of cashew butter, cacao, and coffee beans, maple syrup, a splash of peppermint extract, and almond milk πŸ™‚
