Howdy, fabulous friends of the interweb!
I'm so glad it's finally cooling down a bit in Columbus after the hottest weekend I can remember. Craziness!
Breakfast
I've been loving Simple Mills' pancake mix for a quick breakfast option. We have a ton of blueberries so I threw those in there, too. Topped with drippy almond butter and pure maple syrup!
I was hungry before I left for work so I snacked on garlic hummus with sriracha and rice cakes.
Lunch
Tuna salad! I made enough to have leftovers using two cans of tuna, lots of diced pepper and onion, sauerkraut, chopped pickle, dijon, freshly cracked black pepper, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil) with more blueberries and Triscuits for crunch!
Dinner
Jeff made a double batch of bean balls with penne over the weekend so we could have dinner ready to go. Costco's organic Kirkland marinara is my absolute favorite. It's so rich tasting and has no added sugar like a lot of the sauces on the market today. Salad with balsamic dressing on the side!
Dessert
I made these delish chocolate chip cookies and they were SO easy to whip up. Costco's Kirkland blanched almond flour is the best deal around and I love having it on hand for baking. I baked them at 350F for 12 minutes. Divine with a glass of chilly almond milk.
Style Inspo
Loving this wrap dress that's an extra 40% off today, this striped tie front shirt, and these open toe leopard flats,
Let's talk pool! I own this black cover up ($16.99) and this high-waisted polka dot bikini and I love them both. The swim bottoms are SO comfortable compared to other I've tried that are really tight around the waist. I just ordered it in this striped version and the maroon one that has a cute ruffled top.

Those pancakes look and sound so tasty, and I want to make those cookies soon! I'll need to get more almond meal. Love the style inspo, and I hope you have a great day!
