I was feeling extra snackity yesterday morning. Perhaps my body was trying to fuel up for the frustrations ahead. ARE THERE ANY GOOD PEOPLE LEFT IN THIS WORLD.
I snacked on a brown rice cake with avocado, red pepper flakes, and sea salt plus some roasted sweet potatoes. I need my sweet and savory!
Lunch was a delish spread of all my favorite foods from Lavash, including falafel sandwich, tabouli, baba ganoush, and turkish coffee. Sometimes I just want to say BYE and move to Israel.
Oops did I just say that out loud?
I snacked on some dark chocolate almonds while I baked up a delish treat for your faces.
Dinner was leftovers of Northstar's village salad with tofu, AKA my favorite salad on planet Earth.
I also had the rest of my beloved Peppered Brussels Sprouts with Toasted Coconut. Totally making another batch tomorrow.
For dessert, I noshed on two almond joy snack bars. Recipe coming soon!! Get very, very excited.
Now I'm off to ice my back with Trader Joe's superfood quinoa pilaf. Wish me luck.
