: Preheat oven to 400F. Place 1 tbsp butter in skillet and place in oven. Whisk milk and vinegar.
Whisk flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add eggs and melted butter and whisk again.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
Mix until just combined.
: Remove hot skillet from oven and pour in batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Cool, slice and enjoy with chili!
