Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad

with creamy walnut dressing

Easy, festive Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad with crisp apples, salty parm and creamy walnut dressing! The perfect healthy side dish for holiday gatherings.

Place 1/4 cup walnuts in a bowl and cover with water to soak for dressing. Toast walnuts for salad in skillet for about 5 min.

Drain walnuts and place in a blender with olive oil, water, lemon juice, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Place Brussels sprouts in a mixing bowl. Add cheese, dried cherries, apple, and toasted walnuts. Toss with dressing!
