Overnight Steel Cut Oats

This recipe for overnight steel cut oats is the easiest way to enjoy the benefits of steel cut oats! Spend  5 minutes at night and wake up to perfectly cooked, whole grain goodness.

Step 1: Add steel cut oats, water, milk and  salt to pot.

Step 2: Bring to a boil, cook for 2 min, remove from heat and cover.

Step 3: Let sit overnight. In the a.m., wake up to perfectly cooked oats!

Step 4: Top with your favorite toppings., like banana and pb.
