: Boil noodles until just al dente. Place cashews in a bowl and cover with water.

: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and celery. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

: Add mushrooms and garlic and cook for another 5 min.

: Stir in flour and cook for another minute.

: Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a large dish. Drain cashews. Blend with 2.5 cups water, until smooth.

: Pour in cashew cream and nutritional yeast and whisk well.

: Add peas and cook for 5 min. Add tuna, noodles salt and pepper.

: Pour into baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs and a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes.
