We're almost through another year, pals! I spent a big chunk of time revisiting older recipes this year that deserved to see the light of day again. I started Hummusapien in 2011, so you better believe there are a lot of hidden gems. It was fun sprucing them up and remembering how many oldies and very much so still goodies!
This was a big year for us. We sold our first house, I stepped back from my role with Alchemy, and we moved to Denver. It's officially been 6 months since we moved across the country and we're loving it out here!
Without further adieu, here were your favorite recipes this year. Be sure to check out 2021's most popular recipes, too! I can't wait to hear if yours made the list. Thank you so much for all of your thoughtful comments on recipes along the way. That make my day every time. Dig in!

Amanda says, "Made these today, and they are amazing! I cannot believe how good they are. My husband and I will be lucky if there are any left by tomorrow. I will be making these again (probably this week!)"
Alixanrda says "So easy to make and my 9 month old loved it! I also gave it to my 5.5 year old (didn't tell her they were baby muffins) and she liked it too."
Sheri says, "My new favorite muffin! So nice and moist. Great with coffee. Thank you!"
Melyssa says, "This salad is delicious! The perfect combo of ingredients to make a summer salad. It tastes so fresh and the dressing steals the show! I made a batch and ate it for lunch for several days."
Erin says, "This was a delight!! Such a great way to utilize zucchini. I never feel like I sacrifice flavor in any of your recipes that 'sneak in' veggies. Fabulous!"
Marissa says, "Made it this weekend and it is one of the best banana breads I have made. My baking skills are not great and this bread recipe was easy to follow and came out perfect. I used brown sugar and it turned out great!"
Val says, "These are so so good!!! Insane combination you came up with girl! Love them with the PB and SO SO FUDGY...! Amazing room temp/warmed or straight outta the fridge, too when the choco chips harden - delish choc crunch!"
Dylan says, "The perfect lunch! Comes together in no time and packed with flavour 🙂"
Molly says, "This was so easy and so delicious. I’ve already gotten a bunch of requests from friends for the recipe. It’s perfect with morning coffee."
Kori says, "These came together effortlessly, & they taste incredible!! They are fluffy, flavorful, sweet but not overly so, & perfect any time of the day. I love the inclusion of chickpeas! So creative & nourishing."
