Hello pumpkin spice lovers! Natalie here and I’m bringing you along a grocery trip full of mouthwatering new finds!
Ever since Whole Foods prices dropped, I’ve been dying to peruse the aisles to see if my favorite store can now fit my college gal budget. I grabbed my sister and headed over to see how much things have changed. The good news is that some of the prices are significantly lower which means I can shop at my favorite store that much more! I seriously feel like I’m at an amusement park when I go to Whole Foods. Anyone else?!
Not only were the prices amazing, there were also pumpkin spice and apple pie flavored snacks as far as the eye can see! It was truly a piece of Heaven on earth. My sister kept losing track of me and telling me that I was a kid at a candy store but who can blame me when the finds were this good?
Grab and go snacks are essential for long days full of classes and work. I used to pack raw almonds until I realized that I actually didn’t really enjoy them and wasn’t looking forward to snacks. These vanilla chai almonds are a sweet solution to my snack problem!
Is anyone else chronically late? It’s like a disease. No matter how much time I have in the morning, I sometimes always end up running like three minutes late to everything. I’m actually working on this right now and something that has helped me get out the door is simplifying breakfast! Yogurt bowls are my go-to because they require zero thought and taste amazing. I’m a big fan of vanilla bean so I have high hopes for this yogurt!
What’s a yogurt bowl without a little crunch? Even better if it includes peanut butter and chocolate.
Life is a lot more rushed these days, but I love slow mornings full of sipping hot coffee and making hot carbs when I can get them. Even better if pumpkin spice is included! I’m already dreaming of lazy mornings on the couch with these pancakes.
Right after I laid eyes on the pancake mix, I turned around to find myself in front of the dreamiest display of all the fun seasonal foods. I immediately reached for these cookies and realized that I’m just going to have to embrace the fact that my diet is going to be made up of eighty seven percent pumpkin spice until November. Not a problem if you ask me!
The next thing I stumbled upon was this candy corn popcorn. Candy corn is one of those things you love or hate- there’s really no in between. I’m one of the few who love it and I can’t wait to dig into the bag while I watch reruns of Friends!
Ohio State is one of the biggest schools for football and I LOVE game day. But when I say that, I’m not thinking of the football (sorry Dad), I’m thinking of the snacks. I made this buffalo dip to eat during the game last week and wish I had these chips on hand for dipping!
I went to Austria with my family a few years ago and it still stands as my favorite trip ever. We stayed at an adorable hotel in the town square that served Nutella with breakfast every morning, so I picked up this dark cocoa spread to re-live those delish times!
I hope you get to enjoy some of your favorite foods of the season this month! Life is too short to miss out on the fun little things like candy corn popcorn.
I wish I was in the US right now to be able this experience Whole Foods price drop! Would love to get my hands on some of the food you’ve got!

Just a tad disappointed that this is a post of total junk food…
Hey Cheryl! We love the fruits and veggies at Whole Foods as much as the next person but with these posts we like to feature fun, seasonal goodies. The Beanitos chips are made with black beans, the cashew yogurt is organic, almonds, etc.–we try to find a nice mix of fun foods amongst the kale salads. That’s what my blog is all about. Plus, the items are from a grocery store that’s free of trans fat and artificial ingredients. Thanks for your comment!
Those bean chips are so addictive! Danger. Danger.
the pumpkin pancake mix sounds amaaaazing!!! i’ve seen other people post about that brand but i haven’t seen it anywhere yet! may need to just order on amazon…and boom chicka pop is my LIFE!!! need to try that flavor asap!
I so wish I lived closer to a Whole Foods. I’m still anxiously awaiting for when our town either gets grocery curb side pickup, or better yet, home delivery! This post reminded me I need to order soe Fall flavored coffee pods ASAP!
