Pumpkin Cashew Cream Toast

This decadent pumpkin-spiced cashew cream toast will make your Autumn mornings one of a kind!



For the cashew cream:

For the toast:

  • 1 slice whole-grain bread, toasted
  • sprinkle of pecans
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • drizzle of pure maple syrup


  1. Place the cashew cream ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread on toast. (You will have plenty of extra spread.) Top with pecans, cinnamon, and pure maple syrup.


*Soak cashews in a bowl of warm water for 30 minutes to overnight if you don’t have a high-speed blender.
