Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen red grapes
  • 1 Medjool date, pitted
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts (hulled hemp seeds)
  • 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions
