Good morning, pals!
It's super sunny here, which never fails to put me in a great mood. I've been trying my best to journal for five to ten minutes every morning versus getting up and immediately jumping on my computer.
It's been a nice relaxing way to reflect and enter the day in a more calm, clear state of mind. If anyone has any morning rituals they love, I'd love to hear them! Onto the eats.
Meals I’m Loving Lately
Good old eggs and toast. I'm obsessed with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil on avocado toast lately.
Sushi from The 1126. This has been our Friday night go-to. We share the Alaskan, White Dragon and Rainbow rolls.
Justin's dark chooclate pb cups. You can't go wrong!
Still on the chia pudding + Lavva yogurt + toppings kick. I'm digging a pool of salted pb or this amazing vanilla almond butter.
I have an amazing Sheet Pan Cajun Shrimp recipe that's coming Monday. I've made it several times now and it's AWESOME! I can't wait to share the recipe with you all.
Brownie trials! We're adding a brownie to Alchemy Meal Prep's menu and these avocado brownies will likely be the winner.
Pazo pizza lunch from Northstar with pine nuts, burrata, castelvetrano olives, and San Marzano tomatoes. DIVINE.
Chocolate Almond Butter Oatmeal Bar snackage.
Chana Masala from our first week of Alchemy Meal Prep! Soooo delish enjoyed while binge watching This Is Us.
Pistacia Vera breakfast date!
Have the best week, friends.

The chia pudding & Lavva topped with slivered almonds is my new addiction. This is the best chia pudding I've ever made and it is sooooo good with the Lavva. I've been disappointed with plant-based yogurts until you recommended this one--it tastes good AND isn't filled with just a bunch of nasty gums and fillers. Also, that chana masala looks heavenly and I want it in my face right now.

Just about every morning I spend nearly an hour doing floor exercises in our guest bedroom downstairs while my husband and two kids are still sleeping above. I have low lighting coming from the adjacent guest bathroom (door only slightly ajar) and the only sound comes from a little fan I have going whilst I exercise. I do multiple sets of push ups, planks, bum crunches, abdominal crunches and stretches. It's a great way to have some "me time" plus it helps me feel strong and have a sense of accomplishment early on.

That sounds freaking awesome. Good for you!
