      YIKES! FARRO is NOT a gluten free grain! I'd probably use quiona or rice instead but PLEASE correct this.

        Yes, please do. As someone with Celiac disease, it really bothers me when people claim that certain grains are gluten-free just because they aren't "wheat". Many people are uniformed that wheat is not the only source of gluten; there's also barley, spelt, farro, etc. As a dietitian, I would think you would know this.

          Katie, it was an error. I was on auto pilot as so many of the recipes are gluten-free. I hope my readers wouldn't insinuate I'd purposely misinform people or be uneducated about celiac disease--we all make mistakes, after all! It's fixed now.
