You're meals are always so beautiful and look delicious! May I ask you how long it takes to prepare each one? Do you prep all on one day? With two young children, doing this for a whole afternoon or splitting it up nightly would be impossible for us unless I bought cashew butter or pre chopped vegetables!

Hi Alaina! If you click on the recipe, each one has a prep time. But since you're prepping all at once, you can cut down by cooking a couple meals together versus cooking each one separately. That said, totally take shortcuts that will help reduce prep. I always do! Enjoy!
