There's seventy four things you'd rather do in the morning besides cook. I get it.
Like oh, I don't know, sleep. Or make your lunch. Or comb your mane. Or do yoga. Or write a poem. But turn on the oven or the stove or the slow cooker? Heaven's no!
Why cook when you can blend? Or mix? roll? Or freeze? From slurpable smoothies to creamy chia pudding and no-bake bites and bars, there are endless possibilities when it comes to no-cook breakfast options. And guess what? They're all plant-powered and actually filling! Step aside, cereal.
To make the work week breakfast situation a breeze, prep smoothies and no-bake bites or bars ahead of time so you can grab and go (or grab and blend). You're life will be forever changed!!
Cheers to twelve more minutes of snooze time.
Say hello to my daily breakfast! Hi, daily breakfast. I always add a scoop of protein (lately it's chocolate Skoop B-Strong protein) to a) keep me powered through the morning and b) sneak in some post-workout recovery protein. It's creamy, dreamy, chocolatey, and damn near perfect. Prep a week's worth via freezer smoothie packs!
OMG. I just can't with these! They're like a healthy snack meets breakfast meets dessert meets perfection. The best part is that they'd taste just fine even if you forgot the carrots!! MUHAHA.
So basically these taste like cake. And who doesn't want to eat cake for breakfast?
There's something about frozen coffee cubes that gets me really, REALLY excited. The combination of hemp seeds, cacao, coffee, and fresh cherries just really hits it out of the park. It's basically a smooothie lover's dream!
Blending this delicious mixture solves the big texture problem that most people have with chia pudding. The almond butter adds a delectable creaminess. Did I mention it's naturally sweetened with dates? Winner!!
This smoothie is one of our best sellers at Alchemy, and for good reason! It's chock full of hearty oats, creamy almond buttah, antioxidant-packed bloobs, and banana for sweetness. And a handful of spinach for an extra nutrient punch!
Peppermint Chocolate No-Bake Bites
It doesn't have to be winter for you to savor these decadent morsels of glory. I mean when is chocolate and peppermint ever a bad idea?! Vega is my go-to for these babies. Try them frozen with a swig of chilly almond milk. Oh.my.gawd.
Banana Avocado Cacao Acai Bowl
Another Alchemy best-seller! Who doesn't love the combination of chocolate and banana? Avocado may sound a bit odd, but it lends the most incredible creaminess and richness. Some people even say it tastes like chocolate pudding! Top it with cacao nibs for a chocoholic's dream.
I know it's out of season, but I NEVER get tired of pumpkin. I always keep a can in the pantry for when a craving strikes! Pumpkin pie spice is a yearly staple for me. Not sorry about it.

Hi,
I really like your post!! All the pictures are really amazing. If you buy one of the old-fashioned ranges, this type can be used for cooking as well as heat. It can be a great addition to any traditional kitchen, where it can be used to cook food, keep food warm, and also add a great feeling of warmth to the room itself. Take time to look at some of the many wood burning stoves on the market and you will not be disappointed.
This can make it a great choice for those who live in a rural environment, where wood can be plentiful. For the larger versions, the stove or boiler can actually be placed outside.
Thanks for being sharing!!
Regards

I love this! Some mornings I just don't feel like eating breakfast, but smoothies or bites would be just the thing! Love your smoothies! Could you possibly share Alchemy's Coconut Coffee smoothie recipe for this Portlander-who-wishes-she-lived-closer-to-Alchemy? 😉 OR you could come to Portland!

Love this! I have to be at work at 5:30am on most days so there is no way I am waking up earlier to make breakfast. I always make my smoothie the night before and just keep it in the fridge. I don't think my boyfriend would be too happy with the vitamix running at 5am haha.

I love the bites as snacks too! So quick and easy to make, and cheap too when you're buying your ingredients in bulk!
