Description
Greek Yogurt Tahini Sauce is my go-to when I'm craving a creamy, lemony dip that pairs super well with veggies, chicken, pita sandwiches and beyond. I love that it's super delish and also protein-packed. A fun new way to enjoy yogurt!

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (I use 0% or 2%)
- 3 tbsp well-stirred tahini
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 large lemon, juiced (at least 2 tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt, more to taste
- 2 tbsp water, to thin
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add water to get the desired consistency. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt and/or lemon if needed until the flavors really pop! Serve with pita and veggies.
