Description

This creamy dairy-free Frappuccino made in the blender with frozen strong-brewed coffee, almond milk and maple syrup vibes is the best! All you need is 4 ingredients, plus it's super easy and cheap to make!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups strong brewed coffee, chilled
  • 1 cup dairy free milk of choice (the higher fat, the creamier it'll be--I like oat milk)
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Brew enough coffee to fill two ice cube trays (you'll have extra coffee cubes for later).
  2. Once cooled, pour into ice cube trays and freeze overnight or until frozen.
  3. Blend 8 coffee cubes with almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla in a high-speed blender or Nutribullet until smooth and creamy. Pour into a tall glass and devour!
