What's up foodies of the internet?! Kendall here, back with another action packed collection of grocery store goodies as December comes to a close. This month's list has a bit of everything from sweet and savory to that cutesy seasonal stuff that we all adore.
One of my roommates came home with this pint of joy a couple weeks ago and I may have snuck a late night bite of it (sorry, Em!). Chocolate Walnut Brownie Coconut Ice Cream from Luna & Larry's Organic Coconut Bliss is to. Die. For. With all of the creaminess of real dairy and the chunky goodness of a sundae, I could eat this coconut milk greatness all day long.
If you didn't already know, you should know that Theo chocolate is literally the best. Combine Theo and the holiday season in Cranberry Orange and Peppermint Stick dark chocolate bars and a newfound seasonal joy comes upon you.
When I first started working for Alexis, she came to my dorm with a big box of foodie goodies including Love Grown Food's Chocolate Power O's. I put these crunchy babies on top of my smoothies every dang morning. I seriously like rationed them since I didn't have a car to go buy more.
Not gonna lie, I bought this because it was cute. I'm a sucker for good food packaging! It was just a bonus that Califica Farm's Holiday Nog tastes amazing and excttly like a lighter version of real egg nog. I am still using this as the mix for my overnight oats and homemade lattes.
If there is a hummus heaven, this little guy would certainly be dwelling there. You can't beat Engine 2's Traditional Hummus in ingredients, texture, or flavor!
This isn't your regular old pasta---this Organic Chickpea Fusilli is magical pasta. Packed with protein, fiber, and gluten-free goodness, whip this up with sautéed veggies and pesto for an easy weekday meal.
I like my pasta simple with some olive oil, a sprinkle of parmesan, and a dash of oregano. So when I saw this Vegan Parmesan from Go Veggie I was intrigued! Tastes just like the real deal.
I'll catch you chickpeas in the new year! Happy holidays and may your hearts be happy and your grocery carts full.
