- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 large overripe sliced and frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 tbsp cashew butter (or almond butter)
- 1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop chocolate Burt’s Bees Protein + Healthy Radiance Chocolate (or chocolate plant-based protein powder of choice)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
