Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium over-ripe banana, sliced and frozen
  • 2 tbsp old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Optional: 1 medjool date (for sweetness), handful of spinach, scoop of plant-based protein powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
