An easy Breakfast Smoothie with blueberries, bananas, oats, and almond butter for a healthy, satisfying breakfast!
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 medium over-ripe banana, sliced and frozen
- 2 tbsp old-fashioned oats
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Optional: 1 medjool date (for sweetness), handful of spinach, scoop of plant-based protein
