Good thang I’ve had my all-time fave chocolate blueberry green smoothie every day for the past week since I was iPhone-less yesterday and couldn’t photograph my eats until my new one arrived at 4pm! The horror.
I couldn’t tell you the last time I was as happy as when I saw the UPS guy at the door. Is that embarrassing? Hashtag third world problems.
Seriously. Make this smoothie.
I was craving something salty after I chugged the smoothie so I dove right into some Mary’s Gone Crackers pretzels with hummus. Sorry about the recycled pics…but good thing my morning eats haven’t changed much!
Ally and I split the vegetarian sampler platter from Aladdin’s, which has hummus, baba ganoush, falafel, grape leave, tabouli and house-made hot sauce with a side of veggies (AKA all my favorite things on one plate). It was a LOT of food and we devoured it, obviously.
I have like nothing in the fridge since I’m going home this weekend, so I chopped four roma tomatoes and added a bunch of cooked lentils, TJ’s balsamic glaze, salt and pepper. It was actually super tasty. I had leftover roasted broccoli on the side dipped in hummus with hot sauce. There can never be too much hummus. Or hot sauce.
I ended the night with a nanner dipped in part of melted Theo salted almond dark chocolate bar, all washed down with ice cold almond milk. AMAAAAAZING. I died.
