March was craaaayzaaaay and exciting and heaven and hell all rolled into one big snowflake. I defended my thesis. I visited Simple Truth. I focused on including more nutrition posts, which you lovelies seemed to enjoy! Let’s take a walk back in time and chat about all the deliciousness that happened on Hummusapien this month.
But first, here’s a quick look at the poster that summarizes my thesis beast:
The most popular recipes on this site are pretty much always my Hearty Lentil, Kale and Potato Soup, Roasted Garlic Cauliflower “Mashed Potatoes,” and Skinny Vegan Lasagna. #Kale and #vegan are buzzwords, fo sho. What can I say….they’re damn tasty!
Your favorite posts this month were (drumroll, please)….
Everyone needs a cute lunchbox before they can learn how to pack it to the brim with healthy essentials. This is a fab how-to post with lots of meal and snack ideas for newbie lunch packers and novices alike!
This stuff is the SHIZ. Like I’d bathe in it. Think of it as a perfectly sweet, chocolately, peanut buttery dip begging for nanners or apples. A healthy shmealthy snack that doubles as dessert haaayyyyyyy!
This is like a meal for the gods. Not only is it a total meal in a bowl with every food group known to man (okay, except meat), but it also is quite possibly the easiest recipe ever. Oh, and it happens to taste magical. Your fam/boyfran/girlfran will thank you!
We got honest up in here this month. I talked your ear off about bread and nut buttah and you didn’t hate it. Clearly.
I’m pretty sure the popularity of this post came from the first half of the title. I got on my soapbox and chatted with you about how being “thin” isn’t just a luck or a fast metabolism. It requires hard work, passion and dedication. Keepin’ it real, folks!
